The success of the project is determined by the satisfaction of both parties. Before we start work on software development, we analyse and research the given field to have the best possible understanding of the Client’s needs. The Client is continuously informed of the progress.
Meeting
During the meeting with the Client, we not only ask questions but listen as well. This stage aims to build mutual understanding and trust.
Analysis of the task
At this stage, we perform an extensive analysis of the Client’s needs learned during the meeting. We also prepare the template agreement and establish the deadlines.
Project
Following the formalities and the signing of the agreement, the Client receives the finished project. Depending on the subject of the order, it can be e.g. a graphic website design or a detailed application model.
Production stage
The production stage is when we develop the software. The Client is informed of the progress and we present the effects. For bigger projects, we recommend a working model based on iterations.
Feedback
We gather opinions concerning the developed project throughout its development. We continuously gather notes, take them under consideration, and suggest optimal solutions – we aim to achieve mutual satisfaction and compromise.
Approval
This is the final and most pleasant stage for both the Client and our team. We round up the work and present the finished product to the Client by installing it on the server.
